Giorgi Gigashvili

Georgian pianist Giorgi Gigashvili was born in Tbilisi in 2000 and has been nominated as an ECHO Rising Star 2025/26 by the European Concert Hall Organisation. He won first prize at the Vigo International Piano Competition in 2019 and released the critically acclaimed album Meeting my Shadow in 2023, with further appearances at the Barbican Centre, the Philharmonie de Paris and the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg.
