My New Band Believe is the alternative/indie project of Cameron Picton, former bassist and sometime frontman of black midi. Their self-titled debut album was released on Rough Trade Records in April 2026, described as a hallucinatory and emotionally wide-ranging record featuring collaborators including Kiran Leonard, Caius Williams, Steve Noble and Andrew Cheetham.
