Lagos Thugs

Lagos Thugs are a 10-piece afrobeat orchestra from Lagos, Nigeria, formed in 2020. Drawing on the legacy of Fela Kuti, they blend hypnotic polyrhythms, powerful horn sections and politically charged improvisation, and released their critically acclaimed debut album CHAOS in 2024. They have shared stages with Ezra Collective, Seun Kuti, Made Kuti, Egypt 80 and Antibalas.
