Mikael Simpson

Mikael Simpson is a Danish songwriter who rose to prominence in the 1990s with the indie group Luksus, alongside Lise Westzynthius, Georg Rune and Henrik Vibskov. He has since released five critically acclaimed solo albums blending electronic beats with atmospheric indie rock and deeply personal Danish lyrics. His 2011 album Noget laant, Noget Blaat received a five-star review from GAFFA.
