Zoltán Despond

Swiss cellist born in 1992 who studied in Freiburg, Lausanne and Zürich, earning a soloist diploma from the Hochschule der Künste in 2018. He has toured across Europe and is a recipient of the Zubaloff Prize, with chamber music — in particular his duo with Vesselin Stanev — at the heart of his artistic life.
