Paradis Ébène - Phara Thibault theater-performance

Phara Thibault's play Paradis Ébène is staged at Centre du Théâtre d’Aujourd’hui in Montreal, in the Salle Jean-Claude-Germain, from April 20 to May 8, 2027. Set in a near future, a new technology lets Black women escape to a parallel world free of harm, causing a mass exodus that shakes society. Kiara Dumas, in the middle of an election campaign, is torn between her duty and a long-denied chance to rest.
