Cantes Malditos

Cantes Malditos are a critically acclaimed Spanish quartet formed when Granada-based flamenco singer Antonio Fernández united with Pedro de Dios, guitarist of the Spanish blues band Guadalupe Plata, under the production of José Antonio Sánchez. The band moves through classic flamenco forms — seguiriya, soleá, toná, zambra and petenera — with an electrified, blues-inflected intensity, with José Antonio Sánchez on bass and Antonio García 'Pelomono' on drums completing the lineup.
